A 1:1 Zoom call to discuss your goals and your experiences to get a solid understanding of where you’ve come from, where you are, and where you want to go
So you can meet your coach and we can be sure that your coach is a good fit for you, and you are a good fit for your coach! The last thing we want is for you to sign up for a coaching program that you don’t feel in alignment with. And we also want to be sure that we can 100% help you within our scope of practice. Our Discovery call is no obligation, and is completely free!

An Affordable Rate
In-person Personal Training sessions can cost anywhere between $50-$150 per session depending on where you live and who you hire.
For our online services, you get everything listed above for just $60 CAD a week!
A monthly fee that is billed once a month.
So you can feel good about being in a coaching program to help yourself with your health goals, but without breaking the bank or feeling like finances are a barrier to reaching your goals.

We are big believers in not just telling you what to do, but WHY it’s beneficial to do it. We also explore your mindset by bringing awareness to areas of thinking that could be holding you back from leveling up. Fixed mindset, all-or-nothing thinking, and negative self-talk are just a few concepts that we will explore with you as they come up.
So you can have a full understanding of why you are doing what you’re doing by relating your goals to your personal values, developing a better relationship with yourself, and gaining the knowledge to understand why the changes you are making are so important for your health.

FAQs
How is 1:1 coaching conducted?
After your meet-and-greet with Coach Jacqui, should you decide to join our team you will gain access to our coaching app as soon as possible.
All of your nutrition protocols, customized workouts, and lifestyle goals (all of which are discussed with Coach Jacqui prior to being established) will be conducted within the app. You will execute the protocols outlined for you as discussed with Coach Jacqui.
You will also have ongoing communication with Coach Jacqui via Whatsapp to answer any questions that come up as well as provide you with the support you need. You will also gain access to our community group chat where you can connect with other like-minded women.
Every week, you will provide an official check-in to Coach Jacqui, who will provide you with a detailed response via voice message. This ensures we can make any adjustments to your program in order to guide you towards achieving your goals.
You also have the option to participate in a monthly Zoom call with Coach Jacqui for a face-to-face connection. This hour can be used at your discretion and to discuss any areas where you feel you could use more support.
What commitment is required?
As sustainable change requires time, we recommend a minimum requirement of 4 months of working with us.
What results can I expect from 1:1 coaching?
When you have a plan that is completely tailored to you as an individual, that meets you where you are at, and is adjustable in order to lead you to your goals… as long as you are able to follow through, put in the work required, and communicate with your Coach, you can see tremendous leaps in your progress!
How much does the coaching cost?
$60 CAD per week, billed on a monthly basis (compared to in-person Personal Training that can cost upwards of $150/session depending on where you live and who you hire). We offer a subscription-based service so it’s one less thing you need to think about!
How do I start with the coaching process?
